At Kano 3D Services LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”), we maintain transparency and understanding of our customers needs and expectations. By using our services, you agree to the practices described in this Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an order or using any services provided by Kano 3D Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services Provided
We provide 3D printing services, including model printing, prototyping, and design assistance. Our services are subject to the availability of materials, equipment, and the complexity of the project.
3. File Submission and Rights
By submitting any files to us, you represent and warrant that:
You are the rightful owner or authorized licensee of the files you are submitting for printing.
You have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, or consents to use and transmit any files you send to us.
You are granting us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the submitted files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
We are not responsible for any legal issues arising from the use of submitted files, including but not limited to intellectual property disputes.
4. Payment and Cancellation Policy
Once an order is signed and accepted, you agree to the following:
Payment Commitment: You are obligated to pay for the full amount of the order once the work is confirmed, regardless of whether the job is completed or not.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel the job after the order has been signed and the work has commenced (including material procurement or design work), you will be required to pay for the job in full. We reserve the right to determine whether the work has commenced and what stage of production the project is in at the time of cancellation.
Any changes to the order or cancellations must be submitted in writing and approved by Kano 3D Services.
5. Pricing and Payments
Pricing is based on the specifics of each job, including material, design, and labor costs. A quote will be provided prior to starting the work. Payments are due upon signing the order confirmation.
6. Confidentiality
We take your privacy seriously and agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information that you provide us, unless required by law or authorized by you to disclose.
7. Warranty and Liability
We aim to produce high-quality 3D prints. However, due to the nature of 3D printing, we cannot guarantee the perfect outcome of every print. Our liability is limited to the cost of the print itself and does not extend to any damages or losses resulting from the use of the printed object. The business shall not be held responsible or liable for any damage, malfunction, or issues that arise from the use, installation, or handling of any part produced via our 3D printing services. By accepting and using the printed part, the customer acknowledges that the business is not responsible for any consequences, including but not limited to, functional failure, safety hazards, or damage to other equipment or property resulting from the use of the part. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the part is suitable for their intended application and complies with all relevant safety standards and regulations.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kano 3D Services from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the services.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or providing a notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service will be governed by the laws of Colorado, United Sates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
